Min Bennett

Min is a qualified yoga & meditation teacher. Trained in the ancient tradition of Hatha Yoga, Min incorporates different styles into her practices, including vinyasa and restorative yoga.

Her passion is outdoor yoga, helping people to ground into Mother Nature, harnessing the flowing energy of the sea and reaching for the sky. She can be found teaching beach yoga from March - October, whatever the weather, in her home town of Greystones, Co. Wicklow. She’s held day retreats in woods, up mountains and at various hidden gems along the coast in Wicklow as well as weekend retreats in Kilkenny and Wexford.

Min believes the most authentic experiences in life come through connection: be that with the body, the environment or other like minded souls…the gateway to this connection is the breath. She teaches open level yoga, always providing lots of options and variations, making all her classes suitable for everybody, regardless of what level you’re at.

When she’s not teaching yoga, she can be found looking after their mini yogis, Percy & Daisy, or swimming in the sea.

Jonnie Bennett

Jonnie provides the heart and soul of these yoga retreats by cooking the most delicious plant based food. Having begun his cooking when he was just a little boy, it’s a passion that he has pursued all his life.

Researching recipes and seeking out the most nourishing of ingredients, Jonnie cooks and prepares all the food for the retreat from scratch. All his food is wholly plant based, lovingly prepared and beautifully presented.

When he’s not working with Min on retreats, he can be found cycling 180 km sportives, competing in triathlons and talking about coffee with his friends…he promises not to make anyone do any of the above during the retreat!
