Yoga Retreat, 10 - 12 May, Co. Mayo

Join us at this completely private location for 3 days of bliss in Co. Mayo. We are the only people able to offer a retreat here, it’s not available through any other booking platform or via any other yoga teachers. You’ll stay in this exclusive and beautiful venue at the foothills of Croagh Patrick with Clew Bay as your view, right in the middle of 25 acres of private woodland, beside a glistening private lake. Think woodland walks, wild swims, steaming saunas, grounding yoga and delicious food.

Who’s in?

The weekend

Over the course of the weekend there will be 4 x 90 minute yoga practices, each exploring a different theme and providing a different pace. There will be guided meditations, relaxing yoga nidras and the opportunity to connect to nature by practicing outside (weather permitting!). There will be guided forest walks, opportunity to take a sauna beside the sea, as well as our own private lake for any wild swimmers out there.

Although there are plenty of activities, there will also be ample opportunity to go within…find time to spend on your own, immerse yourself in the stunningly secluded surroundings, enjoy the peaceful nature around this private property or snuggle up beside the fire with a good book.

Rest

The property has a number of accommodation options including private cabanas; double bedroom cottages for complete serenity and privacy, these would be a great option for a couple looking to spend a weekend away together, sharing a common interest, while at the same time having total privacy.

There are double bedrooms in the main house for single occupancy for those yogis coming on their own, and a triple rooms for sharing with friends.

There is also another the gorgeous cottage on site that has 1 x double and 1 x twin room, along with a kitchen and living room complete with a wood burning stove to sit beside while enjoying the stunning views across Clew Bay.

Nourishment

All weekend you’ll be nourished with delicious plant based food, all lovingly cooked each day on site. We want you to feel fully nourished; mentally, physically and emotionally. We believe food is a hugely important component in this journey to deep nourishment.

The food we serve is of the highest quality and our guests always leave with a new found love of plant based food, inspired to continue the journey at home themselves.

Each day there’ll be a delicious breakfast waiting for you after your morning yoga & meditation practice, a nourishing lunch of salad & fruit and a evening meal to leave you feeling replenished. Fresh fruit & herbal tea are available throughout the day too.

Connection

Spaces are intentionally limited as we want to keep the group small and intimate.

Whether you’re coming on your own or with a friend/partner, you’ll be made to feel welcome and included and you’re guaranteed to leave having made some meaningful connections with like minded souls.
