  • I had the pleasure of attending Min and Jonnie's recent yoga retreat in Co. Wexford and it is safe to say I was blown away by the experience! From the moment of arrival, the warmth, positive energy, relaxed atmosphere and attention to detail really struck a chord with me. Min and Johnnie make a great team, a real symbiotic relationship as it were! Min really tailored the weekend to the diverse needs of the Yogis in attendance, the highlight being an amazing Yin yoga session in a nearby dome. We all came away from the dome floating on air! Jonnie looked after the cooking (all plant-based) and to say I have never eaten so well would be a huge understatement! This dynamic duo have found their calling! We felt enveloped in a warm blanket of love, cheer, relaxation and craic all weekend! We finished the weekend with a closing circle of meditation together and once again floated away on a cloud of warmth & connectedness. We all departed from that weekend more rounded, happier human beings with only one lingering question: when is the next one?

  • Min's yoga weekend was the first retreat I'd ever gone on so I wasn't sure what to expect. Now I'm so glad signed up as I can honestly say it was the best mini break/act of self care I've ever done. I genuinely came home feeling refreshed and recharged and with skills to get me through the humdrum days, unlike any other holiday I've been on. Min's beautiful, positive vibe guided the entire weekend, it goes without saying that the yoga practice was fantastic but also the itinerary and location not to mention Jonnie's food which was outstanding. Since the retreat I've incorporated more yoga into my regular routine as the connection I made to my own practice was on a deeper level to a typical hour-long yoga class. I'm so glad I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and gave it a go and I couldn't recommend it enough.

  • It’s a rare skill to be able to manage both massive outdoor sunrise classes and intimate indoor groups, all the while guiding posture, teaching new poses and being genuine and funny. Min’s ability to communicate is a rare gift. Classes include both novice and experienced yogis, yet flow beautifully and are filled with zen.   • I was never into Yoga until I did one of Mins classes and it was a complete game changer. I don't know whether it's her beautiful calm voice and presence or her ability to make a yoga class really fun but I was hooked. It's a great workout and the most calming hour of my week all at once. And as for her fun challenge each class, these are my absolute favourite! You do it at your pace and Min is so encouraging. Indoor, outdoor or on Zoom I would totally recommend Mins Yoga

  • I had the most perfect weekend at Min’s retreat. The venue was beautiful, a fabulous country house in a quiet and tranquil setting. All the meals and treats were so delicious. So good I was inspired to try out some of the recipes myself afterwards. My best parts of the weekend were definitely all the amazing meditations and yoga sessions, Min is just so good at what she does and everything flowed together so well. All in all I had the most relaxing and restorative weekend with her and Jonnie as the hosts. Just the nicest way to check out from reality and take some time to relax!

  • Min's retreat in Kilkenny was my first yoga weekend retreat, so I was very excited about it beforehand and it did not disappoint! The weekend was everything I expected and then some. The surroundings ,atmosphere, yoga practices, meditations, company, food...ah, don't get me started on the food. It was a blissful break from the everyday and I came home well rested and recharged.

  • Last summer I apprehensively broke out of my comfort zone as a “non-yogi” & a busy mum & signed myself up to join one of Min’s retreats. This was daunting for me but I made it even more so by going on my own. I look back at this and smile, because from the second I got out of the car in Kilkenny I felt totally at ease. I relaxed for an entire weekend, took part in all the wonderful yoga, meditation, relaxation classes, read an entire book, slept so well, ate the most delicious food and felt so cared for. Not to mention enjoying time with the loveliest group of women & men. Min & Jonnie are the best hosts and would bend over backwards (yoga pun intended!) to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and at ease.

  • Minaste Yoga’s Retreat in Kilkenny was amazing. The yoga, the meditations, the food, the setting & the company-I loved it all! I hadn’t practised yoga in quite a while so was a bit nervous but Min made all of the different classes completely accessible for all levels. The restorative yoga class was absolute bliss & the meditations were so relaxing & I definitely felt lighter & happier after the weeeknd. I went solo & was delighted to meet so many other like minded people. And last but by no means least, Jonnie’s food was incredible. I would happily move to a plant based diet if I had Jonnie cooking for me all the time! We were so well fed all weekend. All in all, I would highly recommend Min’s retreats. I can’t wait for the next one.

  • I have been doing Min’s classes for a couple of years now and I love how she talks through each step and has new challenges in every class. I always feel so much lighter and relaxed after her classes. What I absolutely love is to have discovered beach yoga with Min - she is so talented at grounding me in the environment by including the sky, the sand and the waves in the practice. It is magical! Looking forward to more classes.

  • Min is such a fantastic yoga in instructor. Her calmness and still presence is enough for you to relax and I have really enjoyed all my classes. Starting as a newbie I have a new found love for the stretches and rhythm of the class. All the wrinkles get a great stretch which make your body feel so great. She teaches at your pace and is so attentive and encouraging to help you along. I highly recommend her to friends and family and honestly anyone I don’t know trying yoga or looking for a really knowledgable teacher Min is your woman. Her outdoor yoga classes have been a complete game changer.
